ご予約をお済ませの方は、こちらの乗船名簿にご記入のうえ、送信してください。
※新豊洲クルージングクラブをご利用の際は、必ず「ご利用ガイド」ページおよび以下の内容をご確認のうえ、ご同意いただいたうえでお申し込みください。
お申し込みをもって、利用規約に同意いただいたものとし、乗船を許可いたします。
- 安全運航のため、航行中は船長およびスタッフの指示に従ってください。
- マリーナや桟橋などで、他のお客様のご迷惑となる行為はご遠慮ください。スタッフから注意があった場合は、速やかにご対応をお願いいたします。
- 飲酒を伴う場合は、節度を守ってお楽しみください。船長の許可なく海に飛び込むなどの危険行為があった場合は、安全上の理由から運航を中止することがございます。その際の料金返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
- 強風や天候の変化により、やむを得ず運航時間を短縮する場合がございます。その場合は、実施時間に応じて料金を調整いたします。
- マリーナや船内での怪我・事故については、保険の補償範囲を超える責任は負いかねます。安全には十分ご注意のうえ、船長およびスタッフの指示に従ってください。
皆さまに安全で快適なクルージングをお楽しみいただくため、上記のルールをお守りくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
万が一、ルールをお守りいただけない場合は、安全確保のため、乗船をお断りする、または途中で下船をお願いすることがございます。
その際の料金返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

By sending this form, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, and your boarding will be approved based on this agreement.
- For everyone’s safety, please follow the instructions of the captain and crew during the cruise.
- Please be considerate of other guests at the marina and pier.
If staff members offer guidance or ask for your cooperation, we kindly ask that you follow their directions. - If you drink alcohol, please do so responsibly.
For safety reasons, the cruise may be stopped if anyone jumps into the sea or behaves dangerously without the captain’s permission.
In that case, refunds cannot be provided. - The cruise duration may be shortened due to strong winds or sudden weather changes.
If this happens, the fee will be adjusted according to the actual time of operation. - We cannot take responsibility for injuries or accidents that are not covered by insurance.
Please take care of your own safety and follow the guidance of the captain and crew.
To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please respect the rules above.
If someone’s behavior puts safety at risk, we may need to refuse boarding or ask them to disembark.
Refunds will not be available in such cases.
