We will only depart when the weather and sea conditions are safe. Even if the weather looks good, we may not be able to leave if the waves are high. Please check with us the day before and again on the morning of your cruise.
Before You Board
If you are not feeling well or are very drunk, you may not be allowed to board.
Please follow the instructions of the captain and staff at all times.
Please keep your children close and do not leave them unattended.
If the weather or sea conditions change during the cruise and we feel it is unsafe, we may return to the port early or change the route.
When We May Cancel or Delay the Cruise
For safety reasons, the cruise may be cancelled or delayed in the following cases:
Weather or sea conditions are unsafe
Accidents, natural disasters, problems with the boat, or other unexpected events
A passenger becomes sick
When required or instructed by authorities
It is unsafe to leave or enter the port
Safety Tips
Please avoid high heels and leather-soled shoes, as they are slippery on the boat. In summer, being barefoot on board is okay.
Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Tight skirts are not recommended. Yukata is fine.
Do not touch or lean on any equipment used to operate the boat. Please watch your children carefully.
Be careful when getting on and off the boat, as the gap between the boat and the pier may move with wind and waves.
Even on calm days, the boat may suddenly move because of waves from other boats. Hold onto something for balance. Children must wear a life jacket, and adults are responsible for their safety.
To Enjoy Your Cruise Comfortably
It feels colder on the water because of the wind. Please bring a jacket or something warm, even in summer evenings. In other seasons, warm clothing is necessary.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, as it may cause damage.
About Seasickness
Most people do not need seasickness medicine for Tokyo Bay cruises, as we plan the route carefully. If you are worried, please take medicine before boarding. We have some on board if needed.
If you are pregnant, you may feel seasick more easily. If you take medicine, please choose one that is safe during pregnancy. Bringing a sick bag may help.
You may feel more seasick inside the cabin. If you get seasick easily, please stay outside on the deck as much as possible. Try to avoid using the toilet while the boat is moving.
Food and Drinks
You may bring your own food and drinks. Please take your trash home with you.
Red wine is not allowed because it can cause stains if spilled. Champagne, white wine, and canned drinks are recommended.
Soups or dishes with a lot of liquid are not recommended because they spill easily. Avoid foods that require dipping sauces or have a lot of dressing. For sushi rolls or gyoza, add soy sauce before eating.
In summer, please be careful with raw or easily spoiled foods. Keep them cold to avoid food poisoning.
About Decorations Onboard
You may bring balloons or simple decorations to use on the boat.
We do not provide decoration items, so please bring what you need.
Please do not use nails or anything that could damage the boat.
